Research theme: „Invasive alien organisms: interaction between host-plant (Fabaceae) and phytopathogenic microorganisms in wildlife”

Short annotation (the aim, objectives)

The main aim is to evaluate interaction between the host plant (Fabaceae) and phytopathogenic microorganisms in the natural environment.

 

PhD research tasks:

  1. to assess the phytopathogenic state of invasive alien Fabaceae plants;
  2. to evaluate the index of relation between the condition of Fabaceae plants and infestation with pathogenic microorganisms;
  3. to evaluate the spread of invasive alien organisms and estimate their interaction with local organisms in natural environment.
