Research theme: Modeling of cellular response to yeast viral systems

Short annotation (the aim, objectives)

The aim of doctoral studies is to model cellular response to yeast viral systems. The basic objectives are to determine major yeast cellular systems involved in response to the action of viral toxin formation and maintaining vitality of target cell; to determine functional connections between components of cellular systems; to investigate different toxins-stipulated stress response mechanisms and perform comparative analysis.
