Research theme: Role of biocidic systems in the functioning of microbiota components

Short review (the aim, objectives)

The aim of the study is to evaluate the importance of biocidal systems for the functioning of microbiota components. The main tasks of this work are to isolate and characterize microorganisms prevalent in natural ecosystems by molecular methods; to determine the distribution of biocidal systems in yeast and to investigate their properties; to study the effects of biocidal substances on different types of eukaryotic and prokaryotic microorganisms and to determine optimal conditions for their activity; to evaluate the influence of natural and modified biocidal substances on the survival of microbiota components and population sustainability.
