Regrowth of the overground part of cowberry (Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.) after cutting and influence of regulary repeated cuttings on regrowth in pinewood in three different habitats i.e. Vaccinioso-myrtillosa and Ledosphagnosa forest were studied. It was established, that even after four years after cutting the height of plants in experimental field was less then control. The regrown shrubs had less branches, but the length was the same as in control. The biomass of overground part of regrown plants of the third growth year exceeded control. Thought the overground part of cowberry after cutting did not reach the control during one season, even after each year repeated cuttings the degradation of regrowth was not observed

his paper continues publication of the alien plant species recorded in Lithuania. The Asteraceae family in Lithuania is represented by 73 alien plant species. Data on the firs record, distribution, habitats, level of naturalization, means of immigration and biology (time of flowering, fructification and reproduction) of each species are presented. Twenty four alien Asteraceae species are naturalized, 31 is casuals and naturalization level of 18 species in Lithuania is uncertain. Distribution on of 8 species is mapped.

Five Asteraceae species are excluded from the list of alien plant species.

Her scientific inheritance includes several papers (second check-list of Lithuanian lichens among them), key for identification of Lithuanian lichens, written together with coauthors and wide collection of lichens. The collection consists of more than 1500 herbarium specimens. It includes 164 taxa of lichens and 1 lichenicolous fungus. All specimens are preserved in the herbarium of Vilnius University (WU).
