Objective – to evaluate the physiological responses of winter wheat to herbicide application under simulated climate change conditions, as well as to assess the impact on aquatic organisms. Using phytotron and field experiments, this study will reveal how herbicide efficacy changes under climate change conditions.
Objectives:
- To evaluate the physiological impact of herbicide stress on winter wheat under climate change conditions (CCSC).
- To quantitatively determine key physiological and biochemical parameters of wheat. This will allow assessment of changes in herbicide efficacy against weeds and their effects on wheat physiological responses under CCSC, while molecular studies will identify resistance mechanisms in the tested plants.
- To investigate the impact of herbicides under CCSC on non-target aquatic organisms.
- To predict potential changes in herbicide efficacy under a changing climate and develop practical recommendations for their sustainable use.
