This paper continues publication of the conspectus of alien plant species recorded in Lithuania. The Caryophylaceae family in Lithuania contains 14 alien species, the Ranunculaceae family – six species, Fumariaceae and Papaveraceae families contain four species each, and Aristolochiaceae, Nyctaginaceae and Portulaceae families contain one alien species each. Data on the firs record, distribution, habitats, level of naturalization, means of immigration and biology (time of flowering, fructification and reproduction) of each species are presented. Nine here described alien species are naturalized and 22 are casuals. Distribution on of 9 species is mapped. Five species (Fumaria vailantii, Papaver rhoeas, Silene gallica, Spergula pentandra, and Saponaria officinalis) are excluded from the list of alien plant species.

Nymphoides peltata (S. G. Gmelin) O. Kuntze is distributed only in western part of Lithuania. This species were common in rivers, the Curonian Lagoon, and lake Krokų Lanka (Herbarium and literature data 1889–1966). Later it became extinct in rivers and most other localities. At present only 2 confirmed localities in the bays of Kniaupas and Pervalka of the Curonian Lagoon are known. The paper presents historical and new data on N. peltata Distribution in Lithuania and species composition of communities with Nymphoides peltata.

The history of the first collection plants I the Botanical Garden of Vilnius University is analysed. The list of collection had not survived and was partly restored from indirect sources.

Checklist of 511 species of lichen-forming, lichenicolous and allied fungi known from Lithuania is presented. The red Data Book species are noted and classified into 6 threat categories.

Basing on field collection, a preliminary inventory list of 52 myxomycete taxa recorded in Viešvilė Strict Nature Reserve (SW Lithuania) is presented. 20 taxa are reported for the first time in the country: Arcyria leiocarpa, A. minuta, Badhamia lilacina, Clastoderma debaryanum, Colloderma oculatum, Cribraria argillasea, C. rufa, Diderma carneum, D. deplanatum, D. cf. donkii, D. roanense, Didymium minus, Fuligo candida, F. muscorum,Lepidoderma tigrinum, Licea pusilla, Physarium bivale, P. murinum, Trichia contora var. karsteni, T. persimilis Some notes on Habitats and sporulation substrate are provided.

Investigation of fungi of the Phyllosticta and Phoma genera were carried out in western regions of Lithuania as well as Vilnius and Kaunas botanical gardens in 1996–1997. In the collected herbarium material, 6 species of the Phyllosticta genus fungi and 7 species of the Phoma genus fungi were indentified. Phyllosticta buxina, P. calthae, P. corrodens, P. dioscorea-daemonae, P. periplocae, P. Tambowiensis, Phoma aceris-negundinis, P, phaseoli, P. phlogis, P. platanoides, P. ribis-grossulariae, P. salviae, P. saxifragilis, were recorded in Lithuania for the first time.

The paper deals with 24 species of Dothideales. 15 species are reported as new to the mycoflora of Lithuania: Cucurbitaria acervata, C. amorphae, C. berberidis, C. caraganae, C. elongata, Dothiora sphaerioides, Splanchnonema ampullaceum, S. argus, S. feodans, S pupula, S. siparium, S. ulmicola, Teichospora borealis, T. obducens, and Trematosphaeria clavispora. Some of the species were found together with their anamorphs.
